Organization settings control your Regentra account’s global configuration. These settings apply across all modules — compliance, PSA, and the customer portal.

Organization profile

Go to Settings → Organization to manage your profile:
  • Organization name — Displayed in the app header, reports, and invoices
  • Address — Used on invoices and compliance documentation
  • Website — Your company website URL
  • Logo — Displayed in the app, reports, portal, and email notifications
Upload a high-resolution logo (at least 400x400px) for the best appearance across reports and the portal.

Timezone

Set your organization’s timezone in Settings → Organization → Timezone. This affects:
  • SLA business hours calculation
  • Report date ranges
  • Scheduled sync times
  • Dashboard date displays
Changing the timezone does not retroactively adjust existing SLA calculations. It applies to new tickets and future SLA evaluations.

Custom domain for support portal

Configure a custom domain so your clients access the portal at your branded URL (e.g., support.yourcompany.com). See the Customer Portal documentation for full setup instructions.

Email configuration

Regentra sends email notifications for ticket updates, SLA alerts, and invoice delivery. Configure your email sending method in Settings → Organization → Email:
Use Azure Communication Services for email delivery. Enter your ACS connection string and verified sender domain.
Email notifications will not be sent until a valid email configuration is saved. Verify your setup by sending a test email from the settings page.

Session duration

Configure how long user sessions remain active before requiring re-authentication. Go to Settings → Organization → Security and set the session timeout. Options range from 1 hour to 30 days. Shorter session durations improve security for shared workstations. Longer durations reduce login friction for trusted environments.
