September was our biggest month yet. This page is a round-up of everything that shipped, grouped by area. For the week-by-week detail, including anything you need to do, see the Changelog.
Things to check after this release
  • Sender display name: rename your support mailbox in the Exchange admin center to change the name customers see.
  • Work notes on invoices are now off by default. Turn them on in Settings → Tickets → Billing if you want them.
  • Regentra bot in Teams works in one-to-one chats only. Use the Teams Chat Bridge for group chats.

Ticketing

  • Ticket types: classify tickets. Templates, checklists and custom fields can each be tied to a type.
  • Ticket templates: start a new ticket from a saved template.
  • Checklists: optionally warn or block before a ticket with open required items is resolved.
  • Custom fields: grouped into sections, with optional fields on the customer portal.
  • Recurring tickets: create tickets automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule.
  • Urgency × impact priority: customers now say how urgent their issue is, and technicians set the final priority. This also applies to the Teams tab.
  • Resolve/Close dialog: separate boxes for an internal resolution note and a message to the customer.
  • Me / Unassigned / Team views for the ticket list, with a per-user default.
  • Saved ticket list filters: organization-wide and personal defaults. Backing out of a ticket returns you to your filtered list.
  • Link tickets to projects: project cards now show the time logged on their tickets.
  • @mentions: work in new ticket descriptions and in replies. Saved responses now show up in the reply editor.
  • AI “Find a ticket” search: describe a past ticket in plain words and find it.
  • Automatic device linking: picking a contact on a ticket links their device.
  • CSAT drill-down: the dashboard’s satisfaction cards are clickable, and each ticket shows its survey result.
  • Priority protection: a priority a technician sets by hand is no longer changed by automation or AI. Priority is now edited from the ticket header.
  • Getting Started checklist for new organizations. Its progress comes from what’s actually set up, not from boxes ticked.

  • New time-entry panel on tickets: an interactive timeline, editing of entries, and a better phone layout.
  • Corrections: submitted time can be taken back to draft and corrected. Week status stays in step with individual entries.

Billing, invoices and quotes

  • Products on time entries: each time entry becomes its own invoice line.
  • Bill straight from Timesheets.
  • Edit invoice lines before generating: change hours, rates and descriptions. The form explains time that came in at $0.
  • More detailed line items: quantity, delivery periods, a searchable product picker and favorite products.
  • Product CSV import and export, with optional SKUs and better Sync from Stripe.
  • Stripe invoices: invoices created directly in Stripe now import into the PSA.
  • QuickBooks: each invoice shows whether it reached QuickBooks, and invoices can be sent there in bulk.
  • Payment processors: Stripe and QuickBooks each have a clear role. Payments, refunds and chargebacks are recorded.
  • Redesigned quotes: branded quote and invoice PDFs, plus “Bill to” details on quotes.
  • Service agreement fixes:
    • Recurring charges bill once per month.
    • Only the unbilled part of a month’s charge is billed.
    • Invoice lines always add up to the total.
  • QuickBooks sales tax is kept when QuickBooks collects the payment.
