Trial period
Every new Regentra account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features — compliance, PSA, integrations, and the customer portal. No credit card is required to start the trial.When the trial expires, you must select a subscription plan to continue using Regentra. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiration.

Regentra offers tiered subscription plans based on your MSP’s size and needs. Visit regentra.io/pricing for current plan details and pricing. All plans include:- Compliance framework management

Per-seat billing (PSA)
Your subscription includes a bundled seat allotment — for example, 5 seats on the Starter plan. You pay for that allotment each month at the plan’s per-seat price, regardless of utilization. Adding more team members beyond the allotment requires upgrading the plan; the upgrade adjusts both the seat limit and the monthly bill at the same time. Compliance-only users do not consume PSA seats — only team members who can create tickets, log time, or manage the service desk count against the allotment.Reading the billing page
The Settings → Plans & Subscription page shows two distinct numbers when usage exceeds your bundled allotment:| Line | What it means |

| After update projection (shown below the “Over plan limit” warning) | The projected monthly cost if you bring your plan’s seat limit up to match your current active user count. Surfaced as a budgeting aid; nothing is changed until you explicitly upgrade. |
Compliance tenant billing
Each managed client that uses compliance features occupies one compliance tenant. Your plan includes a base number of tenants. Additional tenants can be purchased as add-ons.Stripe integration
Regentra uses Stripe for all platform billing:- Subscription charges are processed automatically each billing cycle
- Payment methods (credit card, ACH) are managed through the Stripe customer portal
- Invoices and receipts are available in Settings → Plans & Subscription
This is separate from the per-org Stripe integration used for PSA client invoicing. Platform billing covers your Regentra subscription. The PSA Stripe integration handles invoicing your clients.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Plans & Subscription to:- View your current plan and usage
- Add or remove PSA seats
- Purchase additional compliance tenants
- Update payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel or change your plan
